About The SLEAT
The SLEAT Behaviour Consulting was founded in January 2025 from a simple idea: sleep and eat, two of the most important foundations for wellbeing. These routines have a huge impact on learning and everyday life. They sit at the heart of basically everything we do.
My name is Celene Goh, I am a Behaviour Support Practitioner who has special interests in sleep and feeding support. I wanted to create a practice where therapeutic support feels practical, approachable and centred on each person’s strengths and needs. Since 2014, I’ve worked with individuals between 2-30 years old across homes, schools, work places and community settings.
My work focuses on helping people across all age range build skills and make everyday routines a little calmer and more enjoyable, particularly around their sleep and mealtimes routines.

Our Services
Positive Behaviour Support
PBS is about understanding why behaviours of concern happen and working with the person and their care team to find practical and realistic ways to build skills, keep everyone safe and make daily life run more smoothly. The focus is on supporting independence and participation across home, school, workplace and the community.
Supervision
I also provide supportive supervision for practitioners, focusing on clinical reasoning, skill development, and delivering person-centred support.
Sleep Support
The focus is on reducing stress around sleep without pressure or distress.
At SLEAT, we look beyond bedtime, focusing on daytime skills, bedtime routines and regulation that support calmer nights and sustainable sleep.
Mealtimes Support
I work closely with SLP to ensure swallowing safety is appropriately assessed before program. Where sensory factors are identified, I also collaborate with OT to address these needs. In this program, we support gradual acceptance of nutritious family food by building trust, respecting assent and modelling.
